Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every pair of shoes from Best Shoe Store. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Slippers
- Children’s shoes that have been removed from their original packaging
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Original packaging and all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Product details (name, size, color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your contact information
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (for US customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Defective Items
